First and foremost, I’d like to welcome you to my book blog. My name is Ingrith, and I am at level 23 in life. I’m a book enthusiast, daydreamer, college student, and dog lover. Here I make an attempt at reviewing books that I enjoyed immensely. I mostly enjoy the fantasy genre, but I also love paranormal, urban fantasy, magical realism, young adult, and more.

How reading became an obsession

Growing up, I always had this wild imagination, I mean what kid doesn’t right? I would daydream about characters in my head on a day-to-day basis. It got to a point where, when the story ended for certain characters, or the world, I would try to make up my own story for them because I never wanted to completely leave them behind. It just made too real for me to say goodbye. In a gist, I loved stories, I loved watching TV shows, movies, playing video games with epic storytelling, and everything else along those lines. When books came into my life I had realized that so many other people had these wild imaginations as well, and they chose to write about them. To turn them into books, so readers could have these connections to the characters and their adventures.
